I really dunno if this was just by chance, maybe destiny, or maybe just karma...

But I want to tell you the story..... The electric went out earlier tonight here.. (kinda normal)

After about an hour or so it was back on, then 1/2 hour later it was off again.

Daymnnnnnnnn...

At this time I gave in, just decided to drink.... as I knew from the past it would be hours before on again..

I joined an old guy that lives down the street for one bottle of Rhum, and later went to town for one more.


Had the electric came back on I would have never gone to town..


BUT!...... And.... this is where the story begins

Just happens.. I met a really neat American guy named John Shephard at a local bar there tonight that is a pilot for Kalitta airlines that fly's 747's and is visiting his girlfriend that lives here on my island for the next few weeks.

He also owns a Marina & Grill called Capt'n Johns in Foss Oklahoma

Talking to him for awhile, and after telling him about our Christmas plan for the kids here in our village, and he says he will donate his frequent flyer miles to get you (Santa) a FREE ticket to Manila...(and back to the USA)

Meaning you will only have to pay for the flight to Cebu City from Manila. (maybe $50 or less)

I don't think this is BS... and he told me to just let him know where you plan to fly out of, and about when, and he would do the rest to get the ticket..
