Three pages so far for a windshield wiper.Boy, I would hate to see how
many pages for a engine build.

You should see a C1 wiper system; its actual cables and pulleys under the dash rotating around a central drum and if you don't know the tricks when restoring the system, you will spend untold hours upside down, both arms elbow deep in wires and cables, and, just when you think you have it, that incandescent trouble light rolls onto your cheek and you hear meat frying. Ask me how I know.

I made this picture with labels which many others have used to get the system working again.
