I tend to buy singles... I agree that at Import prices it is hard to justify more than 1 or 2 at a sitting. I seldom want more than 1 beer at a time because they are quite filling. A nice Scotch or Bourbon is more palatable for series consumption.

Yuengling is about a half hour from the PA house. Very nice place to take a tour, and really nice folks to deal with.

The old underground storage alcoves and caves they used during prohibition are cool too explore.

When my buddy and I went to Belgium, that's what we did. We wanted to try a bunch of different beers, but neither of us actually drank excessively. We'd go to the grocery store where they, in fact, sell single beers as a matter of course, buy a bunch, and try them out, pouring each into two glasses.

And over there, they are selling the good beer as singles, not get-you-drunk-in-a-hurry malt liquor or tall boys of mass market stuff.

Their chocolate you get in chocolate shops there is awesome as well.

Yeah, I agree. I was in the beer shop while teh wife was in the chocolate shop. Then we went and found the little guy.
