Those instructions, addressed to “WSC Brothers and Sisters, explain, “It has been confirmed, there will NOT be a selection panel for the open bid on February 10th. Instead, FAA Human Resources will scan in resumes and the computer will group resumes based on key words (aka, ‘Buzz Words’). These buzzwords will flag your resume, thereby giving you the advantage over thousands of resumes that may flood the system.

I'm skeptical. FAA jobs are GS jobs and they are not allowed to scan resumes for key words anymore. that change was made years ago.

Wouldn't surprise me if they are still doing it en-mass, though.

Pro tip for pilots: If you slip ebonics in to your initial contact with ATC, you'll get priority clearance.
