Deck restored and more or less done.

Doing some un-restoration inside. Built ins were nice and quality work, but too 2000’s and doesn’t fit the MCM motif. There will be benches and floating shelves and artwork on either side of the FP, which will revert to wood burning instead of gas with a gas starter. Thinking of painting the brick...blue.

Still a lot more to do but we’re having fun with it.

Now; if the actual clay making the bricks had a blue hue to it from mother nature that could pass, as long as the grout looks traditional.


And no dye in the clay either.

Only managed one and a half naps damnit... Shoulders been screaming all day.
Cutting panels put of a door to put glass in seemed like an easy day instead, about done with wood working part. Prime the openings and maybe get glass cut for them tomorrow.

Hopefully those nados stay away Nicole...

Thanks. Been trimming bushes and trees all day. I have over planted and it is a huge chore to keep up with it all!
