Yet another HATE CRIME that will never be prosecuted
fifth grader beats down first grader, kids film and laugh, two drivers on school bus and neither take action.
No solution here, as certain the school board and police will handle, which means the fifth grader will get some kind of nobel peace prize and an MMA school scholarship.
