Default Bye bye c4....
after 5 years of dealing with these ****ing terribly designed cars...ive had enough. I have not only my c4 to maintain, but my two sisters c4s. Im c4'd out. In fact I dare say Im corvette out at this point. The transmission job on my sisters car was the last straw tonight. The zf6 is too heavy for my dad to put in alone, I have been out there holding it up on my shoulder for the last hour.

IM ****ING DONE.

I helped a buddy install a ZF6 a few weeks ago, and at first I thought it would be the same as an MN12. Damn, was I wrong. Those things weigh a ton. On the other hand, it was pretty easy to do on a lift with two people and is nowhere near as awful as doing it on a C5.

Yeah.... holding on one your shoulder is not a fun way to spend an hour.... did I mention it was on a lift?
