This isn't much of a video but it's the only one I have right now. I had just finished installing my led taillights on the right side and wanted to show the comparison. Sorry about Elvis in the background, I forgot to turn him down.

I'm real happy with them. The sequentials even work perfect although they were a little faster sequence with the 4 ways on. I even used the stock flasher.

I've learned that the LS1 is way way weaker than the LS2. I know LS2 with a vortex and pushing 700+ RWHP, this guy pushes it and it holds its power.

I'm not 100% sold on that one... I have seen more than 1 LS2 turn into a flaming comet on a road course whereas the LS1 and ESPECIALLY the LS6 seem to be bulletproof.

On the same note, I have seen LS2s hold much more power (like you said).

I think the difference on which will hold together better in this case depends a whole lot on what you are doing with it.

I don't have a video of my dyno before any mods but mine made 269 hp also. Funny story, when they pulled it up on the dyno everyone noticed the pass side rear tire was low. The tech put some air in the tire and they did the 1st and 2nd passes and all was well. On the third pass just as the engine was peaking I heard a bang. I wasn't sure where it came from but was hoping it wasn't from the car. As the engine wound down and got quieter I could hear air coming out of the tire pretty fast. Come to find out there must have been a nail or screw in the tire that came loose at 150 mph.

My new (to me) 91 is running, again, it is trying its best to break something everytime I drive it more than 1 mile- cars do not like to sit- I'll tell you that, but so far mostly low $ fixes. Trying my best to work out the kinks for the March bomber run- I have a feeling a fuel pressure regulator may be in order though.

a couple of cell phone vids:

C5 brake conversion done- rolling out of the vette cave- check out the reflection:

revving in 2nd from 50 to 70 to hear the engine:

Yep, the ole sphincter slipped a little, luckily it was only a little gas, nothing solid.
