I was thinking if tagging the entire front of the house saying "MS (insert real name) is a passive aggressive bitch" and leaving it up on the house for 2 months while I handle the internal reno and paint the house as the last step prior to relisting.

Do that and also drag in a bunch of derelict vehicles up on blocks with gang graffiti on them.
