Default Tgiving Foodz...

I can't eat the traditional Tgiving meats of turkey or ham, so I did filet mignon instead...but with the rest of the usual trimmings (mashed creamer potatoes, marsala peppercorn gravy, chopped salad w/yellow tomatoes, corn, apples & bacon, and cranberry sauce).

My parents did Cornish hens for Tgiving since it was just the two of them this year...I may do the same or a small roast chicken for Xmas this year.

Oops, sorry about that, there's a similar name and car of another member here and his name is Mark. What's your name then?

Turkey.....gamey? first time I've ever heard that before. Too bad, it's one of my favourites, especially for sandwiches.
