Thought I'd add that 45 plus are dead in NE from IDA flooding, in apartments and cars most of them.
People had water coming into their apartments and didn't leave immediately and then couldn't get doors open it said. More than a few drove into flood waters and were swept away including a police sgt.
Very sad, guess they were very unprepared for any flooding.
