Am I allowed to post something that technically doesn't violate any of your rules, but is designed in a manner that I'm certain will enrage the majority of the posters in here? In other words, is trolling allowed?

I suppose it depends on the motivation. If it's just piss people off and be an asshole, then no. If it's to express an opinion for the purpose of conversation, then sure.
