1. Sorry...no woman in her early 80s looks "good". Perhaps good for an early 80s woman (i.e. Raquel Welch), but not "good" in the true meaning of the word.
2. WTF bank hires an early 80s (insert gender) for a 5-year gig to change the direction of the bank? It's not a bank I want to be doing business with. There are thousands of extremely talented, much younger (insert gender) who could do a MUCH better job than an 80+ year old.

banks take deposits, make loans, assess stupid fees, make some money on the whole deal, pay their employees. doesn't sound that complicated.

I can see where one could be confused with my sloppy language in the first sentence. But the use of the "his" and "him" in the following sentences should have cleared that up for the reader.
