I have a Ruger SR22 and a Walther PPK/S. Both are great shooters, accurate and dependable.

I have a browning buckmark, Ruger Mk IV, Ruger single 6, Walther P 22, and a Colt Rail gun made by Walther.
I like the Colt better than the rest cos it's built on a 1911 frame. It comes with a threaded barrel that I screw on a sparrow suppressor made by Silencerco. I chose that suppressor over an archangel and others because they are designed to be taken apart and cleaned.
VERY quiet using subsonic ammo, but you can use regular 1200-1300 fps .22's as well, just a loud pop. Crimson Trace laser sights.

OK, opted for the Taurus TX22, lightweight, fits well, two 16 round mags, good write-ups. Walked out with it today.

If you're gonna go plinking with a 22 cal, you can never go wrong with a Ruger Mark IV. I purchased a bull barrel about 10 years ago and it is the most accurate pistol I own.
