I think my daughter just caught it for the 3rd time (she did get the most recent booster a couple of months ago). She had a 101 fever last night and this morning. I had it last month so hopefully I won't get it this time.

She tested negative. Fever went down with ibuprofen.

Yep, the OTCs are good for the symptoms; I used them also.

But IVM actually attacks and kills the virus itself.

My buddy's wife came down with it last summer so I gave her some IVM I had left over, and she was out of bed and tending their sheep after day #2.

I had my doc recommend Mucinex 2 years ago but a side effect is a temporary loss of taste, still waiting to regain a decent taste back today.

I only lost my sense of taste for a day or two even with mucinex (day use only). Thursday and Thursday night were the worst of my symptoms and surprisingly I had a hefty appetite starting yesterday afternoon about lunch time.

I think the worst passed yesterday, but still gotta finish the run of meds so the I don't create a panic amongst the vaxxed.
