It’s definitely gone from 30 to 50 on the front page, now go look at how old the last post in the last thread is. When there was 30, historically over many years the last post here used to be three days old. Yes I tracked that metric for at least 3 to 4 years.

I have noticed that this site sometimes shows up as an archived page in google. It will have a few recent threads, and then some as much as a few years old. When you click on the off topic section button to jump back to the top of page, it updates to a current page. Its weird, but I dont think its done by any human interaction.

I changed it from 25 to 50 threads/page in Sept 2010, well before you joined this forum. This particular setting has not been modified since then.
You are free to browse around this forum on the wayback machine to confirm this for yourself. The real fact is, this forum has NEVER been set at 30 threads per page, as you repeatedly claim.

Also, you should probably recount threads at CF too, because while you recently noted they were at 50, reality is they are set to 70 threads per page...And I assure you they did not change that yesterday either, because they were set at 70 back in 2010 when I decided 50 would work well for this forum.
