Big thing that made for a nice retirement for us is my hefty pension with a 95 percent funded pension plan from my fortune 500 company. That plus social for me and wifey, her pension, then 401K and then investments we feel very fortunate. Have two houses now likely going to consolidate down to one soon ....but a nice one ...
