No. Likely nothing will be available to replace it either. You'll simply lose the ability to view or interact with anything utilizing flash.

Not so much porn specifically, but most any site that presents video typically incorporates a fallback player in flash format to accommodate legacy browsers that can't interpret html5 video. If you're still seeing flash video presentations, it's not because that's all the site offers, but simply because your browser is ancient and those sites (for now) provide a means in which you can still view the video content.

With the demise of flash, expect that accommodation to gradually disappear.
