Luv it! But, not $65k worth. Where do they come up with these prices.

Nice house, nice car, nice stuff. What I got out of this is.....you can't take it with you. Also, kind of a shame the owner's family and friends didn't get most of that stuff. It's going to be sold off to strangers.

So, I got no kids and no family that I'm terribly fond of. I guess I can't take it with me either. I need to start selling some of this shit off so at least the money can go in a direction of my choice.

It just becomes as much of a pain to get rid of it as opposed to just die and let someone else do it. Not near that point yet, but I can see if you let it slide too long, it could happen.

I have thousands of ball cards and other "collectibles" that would take weeks to go through. Maybe a project for winter...

I've been feeling a bit cramped with my 5k sqft...too bad they don't have more pictures of the house, I could use a crash pad near Atl.

$65K for a small block coupe? I wonder what my big block vert would be valued at.

Probably no interest. My 95 yr. old aunt passed last year. My cousin says she is living in a museum (she moved into the house) and wants everything gone...but, doesn't want to fool with ebay, tag sale, etc...I should just offer to clean it out for her

Same. I have collected since my teen years. Civil war, WW2, motorcycles, go carts, mini bikes, racing memorabilia, toys, etc...My dream would be for someone to write one check for all of it.

Roswell is a good part of town. Housing mkt. is crazy here. No inventory and multiple offers on what becomes avail. immediately.

nice.

That's enough room so that Yvonne and I can have separate areas to control.

And enough space to keep my ex-wife in the basement....

Sweet car, sounds good too. I hope you get your asking price.

I lost my Corporate gig effective 9/15/13, my daughter went to college in August of 2014. Mine spent some time in the "For Sale" section with no bites, asking $52,000 IIRC.

I never did get another Corporate gig, but I still have the car.
