Hi everyone, no more sno-prizes this morning thank God. Kim, I bet you didn't sleep real well, worrying about your baby out in the elements? Didn't like my hardeehar huh?
BTW, from what I know the sugar in fruit is called fructose and is different from refined sugar in that it carries vital nutrients to the extremities like feet and hands and is necessary for this. Millions of gorillas (like me) can't be wrong, hahaha!
My usual is a grapefruit or an orange (not juice, whole), followed by oatmeal with a sliced banana and a dollop of PB in it, and of course the obligatory mug of joe.....

T do u remember Pete s friend Mike from that Carlise?
He is the trainer I want to get. If I can that is if he is doing the training.
