Back in the day this thing was the ultimate as far as I was concerned. Too bad they never actually made more than one. I guess nobody wanted to pay $400k for a Chevy. 10.6 in the 1/4 and a top speed of 254!

I thought that was cool back in the day too. Although there is not much that comes out of Callaway's or Lingenfelter's garages that I don't like.

What makes is really impressive is it was 100% street drivable down to the radio and A/C.
They drove it from Connecticut to Ohio, ran it up to 254 MPH at the DOT Research Center and then drove it back home again. |
