I know of several C4s that recently changed hands for over $350k/each and one that was WAY over that amount 😎

I like the C4 and my 1st Vette was a 96CE.
The C4 was a major milestone in the day. Maybe historically the most pivotal part of the development of the corvette. |

The C4, and the C8 are the biggest technological leaps between generations, with the C4 holding that title for many years......most people have totally forgotten, that the C4 so dominated the SCCA showroom stock class, that it ran the table and dominated every race it was entered, obliterating Porsche....... https://www.slashgear.com/1137330/th...eing-too-fast/ "Its wheelhouse was SCCA Showroom Stock GT racing, where the C4 dominated every race it entered. The Corvette beat Porsche 29–0 from 1985 to 1987." The C4 was literally banned from the class, because it was too fast. |

There are some C4s that have impressive drivelines by LPE, DRM etc. Reliable ones as well.
But, lets be honest, unless it has some pedigree like Corvette Challenge champ, with extra engines and parts. Or Trump owned it and was with Stormy in it ( doubt they could fit). But the C4s are maintenance nightmares over time and when you get high miles like mine, 154000. I cant see that much for a C4, or the 350000 claimed |

350k was dollars….not miles. You just have to pick the right C4s.

I used to go to Callaway to check out there cars. One time, in their showroom they a purple LM ZR1... Nice.
The Sledgehammer engine was on a stand too. I am not sure if they just had made more than one, but it was labeled as the sledgehammer engine. And believe it or not, they had a Viper in there too. They were fixing it for the track as it was a pace car in CT.. |
