Plan to chill out the rest of the day. It took 3, maybe 4 seconds for the sitting, but you have, or at least I did, a sense of feeling violated. And, I couldn’t sleep on the affected arm that night.

My cardiologist, nephrologist. and GP all recommend that I get it.(got my second shot 6 weeks ago)

Consensus of opinion, at my age and not so good health its a good idea. For what its worth all 3 of those Docs have got the shots themselves!

FWIW my 86 year old, twice bypass surgeried, CHF, pacemakered, kidney cancer survivor father got the Pfizer as soon as he could get an appointment. So far, after initial injection site discomfort he reports zero side effects. YMMV

My work is offering 2 extra days of vacation to everyone that has been fully vaccinated. They also ask if you've been fully vaccinated when you request vacation. If you have not been and you travel by public transportation they require us to quarantine for 2 weeks unpaid when we return.

I am fully vaccinated, but by my own choice. I have not and will not tell them whether I am vaccinated or not. It's none of their business!!!
