Default Wife cooking......heat
In the house is over 80f in the kitchen, 78 in rest of the house, lo humidity for Floriduh, and we had windoze open.......not enuff, she insisted on turning on the AC.....in NOVEMBURRRR???? oh well......

Thanksgiving was good, as wife worked 7A - 7P, so I ate at a friend's house, nice time with good people.

The wife is off work this weekend, so the REAL eating begins:
Today, I am hitting Costco, oldest daughter flew in last night, she will accompany me, my goal is to fill two carts.
Saturday the menu is a 15+ pound SMOKED brisket, the wife is a brisket gourmet, I prefer it over a good cut of steak, the sides will be potatoes, baked beans, slaw and salads, Texas toast, and some fancy arse Omaha Steaks apple turnovers,,, I am looking for a five pound gain.
Sunday is our family Thanksgiving, large turkey breast and 5 veggies and mashed potatoes, which take longer than the bird. Me, wifey, two of three daughters, and some new dood who hangs out with the oldest daughter--I will advise if he makes it through the entire meal,,, the three doggies, Ringo and Dolly and Freddie, will be under the table fighting over the 'accidental' droppings.

Should be a great weekend!!
