Farming production is down due to the cost of Fertilizer ( Oil driven) Fuel ( Oil driven) and labor.

I have a neighbor whose family owns a significant amount of farm land. They had to reduce their overall production by 25-30%.

Then add in the effects of the weather. Ian flooded farm lands here in Fl that were ready to be harvested which reduced output again.

Energy prices were driven up starting the Day Biden was sworn into office. It was by design. They did not and do not care about the pain it caused. They want to make "renewable energy" more appealing and that's it.

The whole administration is all about their agenda. Look at their actions when the shipping terminals on the West cost got backed up, Inflation is "transitory", We need more spending and all the other nonsense.

Inflation is too much money chasing too few goods. And a big part of it was Created by the government.

Is that good or bad? I never look at the prices of any groceries that I buy and don't even pay attention to the final tally at the register. Seriously...I don't even look.....well, except for the $8/12-pack of diet soda.

Times were better prior to the 90's when the internet, cell phones basically didn't exist and the general public didn't know wtf was going on with people they didn't give a shit about in the first place.
