Easy cookies
Get a couple heavy duty mini-muffin pans. Target has really good Wilton pans for a very good price.
Recipe or mix for 24 sugar or peanut butter cookies. If you have 2 pans and mixes, you can have the second one ready to go in the oven when the first one is done. Various chocolates. Unwrap 24 pieces per pan and have them ready before the cookies come out of the oven. Mix up cookie mix and use a small ice cream scoop. Flatten the dough and make a small dent in the middle of each one. Bake. As soon as they come out of the oven, press a piece of chocolate into each cookie. Cool for a few minutes, then twist each cookie to loosen it from the pan. Transfer each cookie to a cooling rack. |

Those cookies with the Kisses in the middle are some of my all time favorites.
