Fairly new 1500 sq ft house, fairly new 1600 sq ft pole barn, 1 1/4 acre in a great location, and the bill is..........$470.00

Lower, slower DE, can't beat it.

My house that was about 3/5 that size echoed from the day I moved in until the day I moved out.

My property taxes for the lot with the house on it is something like $1100. The 2.4ac parcel is $32.

New 1900 sq ft home with 600 ft garage and 700 ft porches. New 800 sq ft guest cottage (MIL) New 1000 foot detached garage/shop. Approx 5000 ft under roof. 1/2 acre subdivision lot.
Prop tax = 3000

Not too bad. But when 87 y/o MIL goes to heaven, pretty sure we will consider a smaller place.

My 2100 SQ FT place in Port St Lucie on a postage stamp of land cost 3K.
My 3K SQ Ft home on 2 acres in NH cost 8 k.

And screw the class envy tools. Before this I live in a 1200 SQft Condo in a Welfare neighborhood and worked hard to get this stuff.

Most of the deadbeats I left behind are still sucking the Governments teat or are dead. Hopefully dead.
