Started PT this week
this was week one of my physical therapy for my torn rotator cuff. On Monday the surgeon said I was good to start so had sessions Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. I think my arm felt worse after the first session than it did before. they said that is pretty common. get to look forward to this for the next couple of months.
At least I can now be out of the sling if I am just sitting in a chair watching TV or on a computer

Yea that's about right. You will be sore at first. But stick with it so you get full range of motion back.
