Simple solution, quit eating greazzy assed butter soaked bread....

by ANY description.....simple.....


fried flower dipped in greeze food, chops, chicken, fish, and another one....FRIES

another one MAYONNAISE.....another slimey greezy slide it down the throat cooking grease....

Cook OIL?? why??

enough FAT in any piece of meat, we don't need added hydraulic oils....

I love fries, mayonnaise and other bad-for-me foods. It's all about moderation, though--eat healthy most of the time and enjoy junk once in awhile

What don't you understand?? greezy dipped oily pasta (wheat, corn, starch products).....

Know something? I eat almost NOTHING for breakfast and lunch....skip one or the other none of that bacon/eggs biscuits crap...

one meal a day....

saltine crackers....not RITZ grease on a excuse....
