Unless a person gives 3 reasons, how do I know if the reasons given are valid.

Time is up. Here are the answers:

1. Murder. A. The pen, ashtray, and canned drink are all on to the left, indicating that she is left-handed. But the gun is in her right hand. B. If she was facing her desk, as the fallen seat hints, the blood splatter is on the wrong side. C. The bullet casing is conveniently on the desk, as if someone placed it there. D. After dropping to the floor,the cigarette could not have remained in her hand, because the body goes limp at death. E. Where is the cigarette lighter or matches?

2. North. A repeating sequence of arrows pointing north, south, north, west, south and east runs along the top row and returns along the second row and so on.

3. Witch, wizard and skeleton.

4. 638. In all the other numbers the first two digits total the third digit.

5. If the man shot himself while he was recording, how did he rewind the cassette tape?
