Guy is arguing that Dirt Bikes are safer than cars??

He says..less people get killed on dirtbikes than in cars, therefore bikes are safer. He goes on to say that he has been into dirtbikes and has never known of anyone being killed, and yet people die in cars all the time...

How do you talk sense into some people???

Way back when I was 13, Tony moved to my area from upstate NY. Two weeks before he moved down, his best friend was killed on a dirt bike. Broadsided a cow that was on the road. ( Tony was allowed to have a dirtbike until he moved out of the house )

I rode dirt bike from when I was 18 to my early 30s. I crashed plenty of times, sometimes quite spectacularly

Enclosed vehicles are much safer than open modes of transportation.

While the complete explanation might include the exponentially greater number of people in cars than on dirt bikes, it may be lost on his sparkling intellect.
