I am by far an expert but I have found that the best interest rates are found at our local credit unions. Our cu is currently offering used car rates at 2.85% up to 60 months.

I managed to get a refi on my Mustang at Navy Fed, down to 3.99% from 7%!

Paymets dropped almost $150, only added a couple of months to my note.
