Try to stay active, it helps to create serotonin which is our brains natural feel good chemical .
Maybe volunteer somewhere a day or two a week if you have time, when you give of yourself to help others, it can temporarily take your mind off of your own problems .

That will probably put a damper on ticket sales, just sayin'. Be sure and post the particulars, and make sure the VB is on the guest list. Even though I got burned when I saw The Who BECAUSE everyone said it was going to be their last tour, but then it turned out it wasn't, I'm willing to trust again.

He is getting old now and his time is coming. He is 10. Hard to believe. Out of all my dogs he has been the most soulful, sweet boy. Gentle giant unless you’re a squirrel. Then he is a killing machine.

He ending will be hard. He still has some life in him but his hindquarters are getting weak. He’s German so he doesn’t have the extreme angulation as on American dogs but his size still wears out the joints. No dysplasia. Arthritis.

He sleeps 18 hours a day.
