Got home a little early today so I threw my bag on my shoulder and walked 9 carrying. After about 7 I realized not the smartest thing I've ever done but I finished. Not too sore this evening so I guess I'm making progress. Next week, 18 with a pull cart!
BTW: 2 over. |

I've had four knee surgeries I can only imagine how much better it feels better to get out and on it.
Congrats. What'd you shoot? |

This last makes 12 on just that knee - none arthroscopy. . Finished 2 over with 2 birdies, a double on 8 (hooked the drive) and 2 bogies. |

Yeah, mine have all been scopes to take out cartilage and meniscus. I've avoided the zippers and aftermarket parts. I've always been amazed at how much better it felt once the therapy was over and I could walk again.
And two over? |

Got out of Mrs. WKMCD's way so she could get the turkey and trimmings going. Ended up at the club and.....
WALKED 18 - CARRYING!!!!!!! First time in 2 1/2 years. Shot a 79 which was great on mushy fairways and wet greens. My major rehab goal for this year is accomplished! |

Thanks folks. It's only about 4 1/4 miles but it was HUGE for me after almost loosing the leg to the infection and having to have the total knee completely redone after 14 months. That was 6 months ago.
