HA ! we never got into that B.S.

Yvonne and I never bought the other anything for our wedding anniversary, birthdays, and the last 20 years... Christmas neither.

No matter what we had bought each other; it was either the wrong size, wrong color, under-appreciated, blah...

Our celebrations are in the form a quiet dinner - at a nice restaurant.

I would prefer to exchange nothing, neither of us needs anything. I fell into the "Oh, dont get me anything." trap the second year we were married. yeah, total rookie mistake because she definately wanted somthing.

John and I usually go to a nice restaurant for birthdays and anniversaries. Except for the 1st anniversary I got roses and the 30th I got a 97 vette. Our birthdays and anniversary are the same week. I got door panels for Christmas and seat skins for Valentines and a red top for my birthday/anniversary last year. Back to your question----several friends have pandora bracelets. I'd rather have new tires and a louder exhaust.

I'm willing to bet you're not a big help in this thread. If there's something I want/need, I'll make it known in advance. If there's something we both want/need, we'll use it as a Christmas gift to eacht other.

How about having someone come over to cook a nice dinner for the both of you? With maybe you cleaning the house for her? Have a nice suprise in the bedroom.
