Well, I watched all I can watch for free. That was all of season 1, all of season 2 and the first episode of season 3. Now it will cost me to continue.

My take away from all of it is this is a remake of the Godfather...on a ranch.

It happens occasionally. There are some raw moments for sure. Overall, no, but I watched it and decided NOT to turn may parents on to it.

I don't think it has jumped the shark with regard to quality, BUT based on the very true Beth monologue, they seem to have painted themselves in to a corner that I fear will have an over the top unrealistic "fix". She spelled it out very clearly and I don't see an escape route.

If Yellowstone were a movie I would rate it PG, with occasional butt nudity and an F bomb here and there. My 78 year old mother watches it, and looks forward to it every week.

Compared to Deadwood, it's rated G, or rather Deadwood is rated a hard R for language and nudity and violence. I forgot how many times the word c*cksucker is said during Deadwood, and f bombs.... it's incredible.
