Got a local mechanic that has offered $24k. I think I'd be lucky to get that for it. Be glad to give you a stab at it but this guy seems to want it.
Has a fresh paint job, new race seats/belts and the entire drive train probably has 10k miles since being built. Looks and runs perfectly with 90k miles but I need to find another racer that wants a turn key mid 10 sec car. KBB on this pig is probably in the 10-12k range Scott

I had two at one point. Lost one in a divorce and sold the other one for virtually free a few years later. I got it out of my system. Don't miss them and don't want another.
I don't know where I would have ended up on the internet without them though. |

Almost ten years ago that I sold my C5.
I think about selling my Camaro from time to time. I just don't drive it often enough. |

My first corvette was an '04 Z16 and I've been hooked ever since. I'm on #4 now. It took a lot to sell off my first one, but after that, i'm used to it now. I'm now nostalgic about '04s but happy with my '17 GS that I have now.
Good luck with the sale. |

But, for the right person, in this case another drag/street racer, this car is a very good buy for $20k as it would cost them more than that just to duplicate the motor. If I were starting over again and looking for a street/strip monster, I'd pay that price all day long for a deep 10 sec NA car in pristine condition. A new buyer could rebuild the entire drive train, paint it again, and swap tires a few times and not come close to the $$$ spent getting it to this point. Scott

I had fun with all the Corvette's I've had. I liked the 08 Z the best but hated the transmission. The 17 CTS V is sitting well these days. A four door grocery getter which will scare the crap out of you in a nano second. I've driven wild cars before but this one has earned my respect.
