Going way too fast, and his tire just disintegrated to pieces. Probably under-inflated too.

That's why you see truckers do a walk around every time they are out of their vehicle. Too bad.....nice rig.

He passed him in the fast lane going much faster than the camera vehicle if you noticed.

The tire went to shrapnel as you can SEE in the video, a sure sign of being overheated, either from excess speed or being under-inflated. After running truck for years you learn a few things.....

In the video, it looked like he covered 3 dashed lines in 1 second.
According to Google, a dashed line is 10 feet long separated by a 30 foot space.
So that would be 120 foot in 1 second. 120 ft per second is 81.82 mph.

And how fast was the truck going? Is the only way that an RV can pass a truck to exceed safe speeds?

Maybe he punctured it a short while before you can see it in the video. Maybe a whole lot of things. If you ran a truck for years you certainly know that all sorts of things can happen. Is it a possibility that the guy was some jerkoff driving too fast on tires that he didn't check? Sure it is. I'd say it's even likely. Is it a FACT? Certainly not based on the video alone. Hell, my father had a tire go down in a hurry in his RV last year. He drives painfully slow and seeing as he himself was in the trucking industry for 40 years, religiously checks pressures, inspects, etc. Tire was perfect at the previous stop. Sometimes it happens.

Nobody pissed in my Cornflakes. I simply wait for all of the info before stating things as fact.

Motor Home tires rot from ozone, lack of use and age. They can look great and blow like that. They need replaced at least every 7 years.

Nope, I got him going 7/10ths of a mile per hour over the speed limit and I shot his tire out from half a mile away.
