I paid $1.75 on the way to work last night.

I booked a trip through a travel agency across the border, Glenny Travel, that cost $3550 Canadian for a 7 day all inclusive to Punta Cana in February.
For two, it cost me $3550 Canadian or $2610.00 US. .
If you include the Credit card foreign transaction fee of $78.10 and $150.00 travel insurance, it cost us $2838.00.
1st class direct flight out of Buffalo.... Now that's a smokin' deal imo.

Not needing premium is great. I have seen it almost $1/gal higher than Reg Unleaded. Most places are between 30 and 60 cents higher.

Paid $1.62 today for regular, it was $2.02 for premium.

I filled up today with regular at a Chevron for $2.69/gal. Should have gone to Costco, as it was only $2.09.

This thread reminds me of a story...


We were all getting ready to head over to Indy for the 500 weekend years ago, and one of my buddy's Palmer stopped to fill up at a Swifty gas station to get that 99 cent a gallon good stuffs..

He said the engine on his old Dodge Van was pinging a bit so stopped at K-Mart to get a can of octane booster.

While standing there reading the can he heard our buddy Vince let out a big fart..

Without even looking Palmer says to Vince.. Dang! that sounded wet!

As he looked over at Vince he noticed he was standing kinda funny, and looked down to see brown stains running out of Vince's shorts, and a huge puddle underneath him on the floor of some brown wet nastiness..

Then poor Vince went waddling off around K-Mart looking around for something to wipe off on...
