 I've had many nurses share stories about this and it's pretty amazing.Also, hearing is the last remaining sense before death. Sorry he had to leave so soon. My step dad is in the middle stages of Alzheimer's and getting to be very difficult for Mom to manage. I help where I can but it is painful to watch. Scott

Very sorry to hear of your loss. I lost my Dad in '97, and there is not a day that goes by where I don't think of him. He will be with you always in your heart and in your thoughts. He's now your angel, looking over you from a better place.
Try to focus on your Mom, she had it hard during those years of his decline. I've seen the toll of that disease, on my Mom and Aunt as they took care of my 99 yo Grandma until she passed this summer. Your Mom will need you and your brother to help her with her grief and with her physical health. Prayers sent to you and your family. |
