When I went back to the doctor for the follow up- he told me his scale had read 269 the previous visit. Quite a bit more than the 251 I thought I weighed. I went out and bought new scales that day that agreed with his scales at that time, with a new reading of 247. As of now, I'm hanging around 224 to 225. Still keeping it around 1100 to 1500 calories, and I've quit using elevators and am climbing stairs instead, as well as upping the activity as I have time. Days off I'm constantly moving. Toning up a bit, dropped 3 pant it's just the daily slog to get rid of another pound....When I get irritated about the pace, I remind myself that just 3 months ago I weighed over 40 lbs more.

Not too shabby. Diet was a key factor in my quick losses. Gone were anything processed, anything with salt, all refined sugar, bread and pasta. Meals were split every 3-4 hours and consisted of organic fruits, veggies, lean meats. 8-10 hours of sleep per night. Workouts were 1hr per day, 6 days a week along with 2-3 times a week of running (15-20 mins sprint intervals). No cheat meal days.

I've been working out for years but ate like crap. With this trainer I told him I wanted to try and get abs. I won't was not an easy 90 days...but every week I got a little stronger, and every week I dropped more weight. Every time there was something I shouldn't be eating around I just told myself I can do anything for 90 days...and drove on. About week 3 eating healthy became a habit and I really didn't miss the things I use to eat.
Just noticed the before and after pictures, HOLY CRAP!!!!!!!!!!!
