For recreational use, for lack of a better term, the side effects aren't worth the pleasure: Headache lasting all day, blurred vision, blue-tinted vision (Viagra), and a blood pressure drop that is dangerous. If that's the only way you can get an erection, maybe it's worth the side effects.
