Quick recipe for salmon from a can
or actually a foil pack. My wife made this up and it is good. I don't like salmon but here it is.
Saute onions, add rotel tomatoes with chilies. add salmon and simmer for a while. Add spices as you like. You could use lemon juice, some thyme or maybe cumin. Serve over brown rice. |
