slice it nice and thick



add a little fresh basil and lettuce from the garden also a little Tabasco mayo from beadist.



and then a little of my secret meat ingredient

I have 9 varieties growing. That one there is a Bradley.

I also have pink ladies, early girls, roma, and then a bunch of different heirloom type I cannot remember the names of. I have them all tagged and will go grab the names later.

There are few food combinations as harmonious as bacon, lettuce, tomato and mayo.

I need to try some of that Tabasco mayo on a BLT one of these days.

I have searched this whole city from top to bottom and never found it here, although I can find the Tabasco ketchup, just not the mayo for some reason.

It is worth every penny!

It's not in every store here either. I only see it in Winn Dixie. I'm sure it's in some of the independent stores too. We still have a lot of them. They carry Dukes Mayo which is hard to find too. I don't get to them very often because I'm limited to my dinner break @6pm to hit places close by.

I like Dukes mayo as well and use it often.

Can you just put a few drops of Tobasco in a dallop of mayonnaise, and whip it up yourself?
