First Tomato sandwich this year.
Did not fry Bacon as I am watching my weight. Just some good tomatoes, toasted rye bread, sour cream, salt, pepper and basil.
I paired that with an April Buffalo Rock Ginger Ale. |

Tomatoes from down around your area are good this time of year. Dothan, Al was well known for tomatoes.

want to make it a bit better? Next time you fire up the grill, butter up some bread - throw on tomato, onion, and a slice of cheddar - salt and pepper it, then grill it. Called a braaibroodjie. South African grilled sandwich.
