A recipe
Just finished chowing down on this easy meal and I thought I'd share the recipe.......
Get out the crockpot Spread 1-1/2 -2 cans of saurkraut in the bottom(Rinse it first) Next add about 1 1/2 cup of coarsly chopped onion spread evenly over the kraut. Next add two cans stewed tomatos(I cut them into 3rds) Next add 3/4 cup packed brown sugar Last.....Cut up a rack of ribs and arrange on top of all this stuff. Turn on crockpot and forget about it for about 5 hrs.....I like rye bread with it....Your tastes may vary......Enjoy |

I wonder if a pork loin would work also.

Beef short ribs would work good like that as well, but I'd be needing a couple of b cloves of garlic and some type of ground pepper, maybe a mixed one.
