I use chat. It's easier than calling almost every time even with our rep. I have the EMC cert and can direct order parts, but it's even more of a pain in the ass when it's under warranty. Plus, why should i waste my time doing warranty work when we pay to have parts and a tech sent out next day? usually, with chat, I'm done and have my service order confirmation in about 15 minutes or less....like I switched to GEICO or some shit like that.

Most Customer Service Call IN services suck bad

Just spent 45 minutes on the phone with Sirius. Got an email this morning saying "We see you've sold your truck. Your service will be discontinued in 48 hours".

Never mind the fact that I just renewed my service in full for a year at $350.

Never mind the fact that I have not sold my truck.

Never mind the fact that I've got shit to do and sitting on the phone listening to someone complain because there's no options to counter what I'm experiencing on her list to "check-mark".

Easy fix. Just tell the rep that you're tired of their shit and want to cancel service. They'll transfer you or try to so they can cut you the "best" deal possible. Give them one chance to un**** it or forcefully tell them to cut your service and do not transfer you. I find cussing a little bit speeds up the process and works well if you need to cancel. Did this for my parents and get them a full year for around half of what you said you paid.

I'm sure that will work. They already got me once a few years ago (all conversations recorded) saying, "Jesus, get me somebody that speaks English" and sent the recording to my boss for being a rude customer.

I had to explain that comment came after about an hour of being on the phone and not understanding a ****ing word that was said because "Joe's" accent was so strong mixed in with the broken English. Nothing came of it, though.

........$350 a year... and don't tell me it for 13 Vehicles ....I paid $57 for two cars full access for 6 months
