They do but that doesn't stop anyone. Theoretically, park rangers can stop you in the park and issue tickets for speeding, DUi or whatever but in 41 years, I've never seen it.

Outside the park is an absolute free-for-all with people chugging hard liquor during breaks.

To be honest I almost bought a yellow c6. The dude had a mint 2k mile vs with a neat black striped hood. He wouldn't sell the hood with the car so I told him no and bought the 427 instead.

I don't need to chug. I pace. When I get on a long lift ride I drink a beer. I can make 18 cans last most of the day.

When I bought the 427 I REALLY wanted orange and black. Turned out they only made a handful of those and obsoleted the color. I found one at a dealer down south and he wouldn't sell. I went blue because it was the easiest to get out of kerbeck small lot without waiting ten frighten hours. It just came off the truck and had like 3 miles on it.

Lol. I met him halfway to do the deal...130 miles for me each way. The wheel was fine until Taco blasted over railroad tracks. I also told him if he got home and found issues to get them fixed and I would pay for it.

He is what we refer to as an upstater. He is from North central pa. Hard working, honest, conservative types. They like things to not change much and keep a little to themselves. They are really just old school types. That said he is a good dude.
