There's a local pizza parlor that's been in town since the late 60's. Village Inn Pizza (not associated with any chains).

Thin crust, both chewy and crispy.

The perfect Pie (sans cooter):

Pepperoni
Beef (hamburger)
Onion (extra)
Black Olive
Sauerkraut (sounds weird but you have to try it!)

Sometimes I sub out the Sauerkraut w/ Jalapenos but never both at the same time.

Nothing wrong with fat, but the carbs are a real killer.

I gain 5 pounds every time I eat Chicago pizza but it's so ****ing worth it.
