Morgan had his first day alone while we went to work. He did fantastic just a poop on the paper and he took a long leak when I got him outside.

That is fantastic for a 3 month old puppy

Tonight he was in the back room with Mary when I came up from the basement. He heard me and barked

As soon as I bought pet insurance for Loki, he stopped doing stupid shit. Naturally, this was after I had spent will over $10k in vet bills his first year.

We had insurance in effect when we picked up Levi, our previous Greater Swiss Mountain Dog. That was money well spent.

Mochi didn't have insurance. With what we paid the vet, I could have purchased a HD Ultra Classic for cash

Bump TTT for any possible new puppy pics.

Am going to make a note about the ins company you used just in case I get another dog (that's a big IF)

Cosmo was older when I got him so he was ineligible...have lost count of the $ spent. Cardiologist visits were $1-1,500 yearly. The ER vet bill a coupla weeks before he ultimately passed was ~$5K.

And I would do it all over again.

Dogs tend to feel safe/secure/contented in their surroundings if they lay/sleep on their backs w/their legs up in the air like that that bond of trust has been forged

So glad to hear the vet checkup went well and he is doing great in his new home! No doubt he is thriving because he has 2 experienced, loving pet parents.
